... my mom didn&#039;t die &quot;a good death&quot; and as I write this, I&#039;m caring for my two cats, both in end-state renal failure - not good deaths for them either.  It&#039;s been a few years since my mom died and my cats, I know, are just cats, but it all hurts and I  have to wonder at the sentiment that rates a loved one&#039;s death.</description>
