Yes. There was also a documentary on BBC a few years ago showing the real case of someone. I seem to remember him painting… I also remember him never learning to see ‘properly’ whereas some of the other cases they discussed had people coping quite well.

Did you ever happen to see the movie with Val Kilmer called At First Sight? It was based on a chapter from An Anthropologist on Mars by neurologist Oliver Sacks … it described just what you mentioned about blindness.

I like the idea of Jesus as our mirror.
