I have just come across your website while searching for a "theology of Chronic fatigue".
Have you any thoughts on coping with the seemingly ineveitable selfcentredness of the almost constant monitoring of diet, activity etc and of the frequent refusal of invitations?
(i am mostly housebound)

I'm a catholic with fibromyalgia (not unlike CFS). I've often wondered about suffering, too. Especially when i can't go to Mass. Once keeled over sideways whilst genuflecting. Certainly looking forward to your thoughts (and the odd prayer....will reciprocate if memory loss allows!)
